Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at The Beauty House.

In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyway. The safety seal must not be tampered with.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase.

We will not refund any Afterpay or Zip fees if either of these platforms were the way in which you paid for your purchase.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
